SUBMIT CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE

All exhibitor's are required to procure and maintain Comprehensive General Liability insurance, which shall include contractual liability coverage, with limits of not less than 1,000,000 per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage, combined single limit. Exhibitor’s insurance will name Affinity Media LLC as additionally insured. Certificates of Insurance must be turned into Show Management no later than Wednesday, January 15th, 2025.

  • Coverage Requirements: Comprehensive General Liability insurance, with limits of no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage, combined single limit.
     

  • Coverage Dates: Your certificate must covers at least dates of the show, including setup day (2/21/25 through 2/23/25.)
     

  • Additional Insured: Please name Affinity Media LLC as additionally insured.
