Skyewater Photo + Film is a photography and videography team based in Seattle, specializing in elopements and intimate weddings with 75 guests or fewer.

Skyewater’s lead photographer and videographer, Kaitlyn, has photographed more than 250 weddings over the past decade. As someone who’s naturally introverted, she knows that being in front of a camera can feel intimidating. Her approach is calm, unobtrusive, and grounded, helping couples relax so they can focus on each other instead of the lens.

Our comprehensive and customizable collections start at 9000 for photography and videography together, or starting at 6000 for photography or videography only options. These are flexible “unlimited” full-day and multi-day coverage options with an award-winning team, personalized to your unique wedding day plans.

Service Area

Based in Seattle, but all packages include travel anywhere in Washington with no surprise travel fees later! We also service the entire US, so even if you’re seeking coverage in Oregon or other nearby states, we’d love to chat with you.

We could not have wished for a better photographer for our elopement! Kaitlyn’s talents, creativity and professionalism are next level! We traveled to Alaska to elope by helicopter, and luckily through the whole process we had Kaitlyn to help guide us. From recommending great locations to stay to becoming an expert of Aurora conditions to get the most perfect Northern Lights photos – the experience would not have been the same without her.

We then all traveled to the Florida Keys for our reception, where Kaitlyn captured our reception. We had a variety of photos and great candid photos of all of our closest friends and family that we will cherish forever.

We did the video and photography package and it was worth every cent! The photos are absolutely stunning and captured all the love, adventure, and fun we had during our wedding events. The videography – both the teaser trailer and the longer video – captures not only these precious moments but the stunning scenery it all happened in.
