2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Limit one entry per person. Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and agents of Affinity Wedding Expos LLC, along with their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.
3. Promotion Period and Entry Deadlines
The promotion is open during the ticketing period for each respective show:
- November 2026 Show: Mail-in entry forms must be received by Friday, October 30, 2026.
- February 2027 Show: Mail-in entry forms must be received by Friday, February 12, 2027.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter:
a) VIP Ticket Purchase Entry
Each VIP ticket purchased for The Puyallup Wedding Show automatically provides one entry into the giveaway for the ticket purchaser.
b) Free Mail-In Entry
To enter without making a purchase, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope (SASE) to:

A free entry form will be mailed to you. Completed entry forms must be received by the dates listed above to be eligible. Limit one entry per person.
5. Prize
One (1) winner per show will receive a $500 Alaska Airlines Gift Card. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $500. No cash or prize substitutions are allowed. The prize is non-transferable.
6. Selection and Notification of Winner
The winner for each show will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, including both VIP ticket entries and valid mail-in entries. The drawing will be conducted using an electronic random name picker on the following dates:
- November 2026 Show: Saturday, November 7, 2026 at 10:00 AM PT
- February 2027 Show: Saturday, February 20, 2027 at 10:00 AM PT
Winners will be notified via email and must claim their prize in person at the show during public show hours. A valid photo ID matching the name of the ticket purchaser or mail-in entry form must be presented to claim the prize.
7. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received, including VIP ticket entries (up to 250 per show) and all valid mail-in entries.
8. Taxes
Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize. No taxes will be withheld by the sponsor.
9. Publicity
Unless prohibited by law, winner agrees to allow Affinity Wedding Expos LLC to use their first name, last initial, and city/state for promotional purposes.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the promotion. By entering, participants agree to abide by these official rules and the decisions of the sponsor, which are final and binding.
11. Winner List

The promotion runs during the respective show hours on November 7, 2026 (one-day show) and February 20-21, 2027 (two-day show) at the Washington State Fair Event Center, Puyallup, WA. All in-person entries must be submitted at the check-in desk no later than 30 minutes before the scheduled end of the show on the day of entry. Mail-in entries must be received by October 30, 2026 for the November show and February 12, 2027 for the February show.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter:
a) In-Person Entry
Bring a signed contract and proof of deposit from a transaction completed in-person with an exhibiting vendor during show hours to the check-in desk at least 30 minutes before the show ends on that day. Each qualifying contract submitted equals one entry. Contracts or deposits made before or after the show do not qualify.
b) Free Mail-In Entry
To enter without signing a vendor contract, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

A free entry form will be mailed to you. Completed forms must be received by the applicable deadline listed in Section 3. Limit one mail-in entry per couple, per show. Please note: mail-in entrants who are selected as winner and have not signed a qualifying contract will receive a $25 Amazon Gift Card instead of the standard prize. All entrants, including mail-in entrants, must be present at the time of the drawing to win (see Section 8).
5. Prize
Four (4) winners will be selected at each show. For the November 7 one-day show, all four winners will be drawn at the single scheduled drawing. For the February 20-21 two-day show, two (2) winners will be drawn per day.
In-Person Entrants: The prize for each winner is 10% of the value of the winner’s qualifying vendor contract, up to a maximum of $250. Payment will be made directly to the winner’s vendor approximately 30 days prior to the winner’s wedding date. No cash will be paid directly to the winner. No prize substitutions.
Mail-In Entrants: Winners who entered via mail-in and have no qualifying vendor contract on file will receive a $25 Amazon Gift Card, issued within 90 days of the conclusion of the applicable show.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $25 to $250 per winner, depending on entry method and contract value.
6. Drawing and Winner Selection
Drawings will be conducted by random selection from all eligible entries received on each respective show day, including valid mail-in entries. Drawings are scheduled as follows:
- Saturday, November 7, 2026 at 2:45 PM PT (four winners drawn)
- Saturday, February 20, 2027 at 3:45 PM PT (two winners drawn)
- Sunday, February 21, 2027 at 2:45 PM PT (two winners drawn)
Mail-in entries will be included in all drawings for the applicable show.
