About Cindy’s Kitchen Catering
We are a small, family owned company who strives to make your event meal delicious, beautiful, and memorable! We specialize in Southern Comfort foods, including smoked meats, homemade side dishes, and delicious desserts. We are originally from Texas, so we KNOW what southern barbecue like brisket, pork, and chicken is supposed to taste like! We create menus based on client preferences. We can accommodate food allergies. We serve groups from size 30-300. We cater for all kinds of events, including weddings, corporate events, holiday parties, family celebrations, memorial services, etc.
Services Offered
My services include off site preparation of food, delivery, set up buffet style, replenishing food as trays get empty, providing of TO GO boxes and packing of up all leftovers, and clean up of all serving trays and utensils.
We provide all serving dishes and utensils.
Our focus is on your event food. We serve appetizers, main meals, and desserts.
A Little About Our Pricing
- Our Barbecue Meals come with 1,2, or 3 meats and 4 side items.
- Pricing: 1 Meat meal- $25.00 per plate
- 2 Meat Meal- $26.50 per plate
- 3 Meat meal- $29 per plate
- Taco Bars with 18 different menu items including 2 meats, beans, and rice
- $20 per plate
- Italian Meals include 1 or 2 entree’s and 3 sides (ONLY for events of 75 people or less)
- 1 Entree’ – $22 per plate
- 2 Entree’s – $24 per plate
- Appetizer Trays average $130 per tray
- Desserts: Pies, Cheesecakes, Mousse Cups, Cookies, Brownies, Lemon Bars, etc. (Everything except for decorated cakes)
- Price varies, but average $5 per person
Sales tax and delivery fee is based on location of venue.
A service charge of $150 is added to all events to go toward the rental of the commissary kitchen, required by the Health Department.

We will deliver to venues in Chehalis, Olympia, Tumwater, Tacoma, Puyallup, Ashford, Mineral, Sumner, Bonney Lake, Lake Tapps, DeMoines , Gig Harbor, Lakewood, JBLM, Orting, Graham, Fife, and Enumclaw
Additional Information
We work with our clients to build a menu for their event that suits their tastes. We can build menus around food allergies and sensitivities.
