At VIVID Wedding Planning & Blooms, we believe your wedding should feel unmistakably like you, not like a copy and paste version of someone else’s day.
We’re a wedding planning and floral design team serving the greater Puget Sound area, bringing thoughtful logistics and beautiful, intentional design together under one roof. From the big-picture vision to the tiniest details, we help our couples create celebrations that feel personal, effortless and genuinely fun.
Our approach is warm, collaborative and highly organized. We’ll keep track of the moving pieces, advocate for your vision, work closely with your vendor team and make sure that when the wedding day arrives, you can actually be present for it.

Day-of Coordination | $3,000
For couples who love planning their own wedding but want to hand over the reins when it matters most. We step in 1 month before the wedding, organize the details, build your timeline, coordinate your vendor team and manage the day. Service 10 consecutive hours. Not t0 mention access to our preferred vendor list, and our DIY Planning guide with all the good stuff!

From finding your vendor team and managing your budget to design, logistics, timelines and wedding-day execution, we’re beside you throughout the entire planning process.

We have a soft spot for weddings that feel personal, intentional and a little outside the box. Backyard celebrations, private estates, garden weddings, waterfront venues, tented receptions, traditional venues — we’re here for all of it.
Our couples don’t have to fit into one particular wedding “style.” Romantic and garden-inspired, colorful and playful, timeless and understated, modern and editorial — we want to know what you love and build from there.
Most importantly, we want you to feel like you have real people in your corner. We’re here to answer the questions, solve the problems, dream up the pretty things and handle the behind-the-scenes details so your wedding can feel like a celebration rather than a production.
