We are Pam Tungsvik and Kaitlyn Mineard. A mother-daughter duo based in Pierce County, Washington, with over 13 years of experience in event coordination. Services Offered
From day-of coordination to full-service event planning, our services are designed to give you the level of support you need. Depending on your package, we can assist with final details and vendor coordination, timeline creation, event logistics, setup and breakdown oversight, and managing your vendors and event throughout the day. For clients wanting more hands-on support, we also provide planning guidance, organization, communication, and coordination from the early planning stages through the event itself.
Our packages include 15, 25, or 30 hours of our dedicated time, allowing you to choose the level of support that best fits your event and planning needs. Need help with something specific? A Little About Our Pricing
Package 1 Day of Coordinating – $2000
15 hours of Coordinating, 2 hour meeting the month of, 1 hour for rehearsal, 11 – 13 hours at venue the day of.
Package 2 Signature Coordinating – $3000
25 hours of coordinating, center piece arrangement, room arrangement & seating chart, up to 4 meetings 1 hour each, 1 hour for rehearsal and 11 – 13 hours at venue the day of.
Package 3 Full Service Planning and Coordinating – $4000
30 hours of planning and coordinating, vendor sourcing, center piece arrangement, table arrangement & seating chart, up to 4 meetings 1 hour each, 1 hour for rehearsal and 11 – 13 hours at venue day of.
Ala Carte Options
Center Piece Arrangements – $275

Service Area
Based out of Puyallup, Washington, wherever your celebration takes you, we’re honored to be there. Travel throughout Pierce and South King County is included with your package. For celebrations beyond our standard service area, a travel fee will be applied based on distance and location.
For events requiring overnight travel, lodging accommodations may also be included in your custom proposal. All travel and lodging details will be thoughtfully outlined in your proposal prior to booking, allowing you to plan with complete confidence and no unexpected fees.

60+ miles Lodging fee if overnight is necessary.
