Pioneer Park Pavilion

The City of Puyallup’s Pioneer Park Pavilion is located in picturesque Pioneer Park in downtown Puyallup. Rental prices vary according to day of the week and number of hours. The venue consists of a large, 8600 square foot multi-purpose room that is perfect for weddings and receptions accommodating up to 350 guests at banquet style seating. The Pavilion’s patio, adjacent to Pioneer Park, is also included in the rental and is the perfect spot for spring/summer weddings!

Services & Amenities include:

• Banquet supplies – stacking chairs (400), 60′ round tables (49), and 6′ rectangular tables (16). For additional fees, optional add-ons are pipe and drape, a portable stage, as well as linen rentals.
  • These items are all set-up prior to your rental time
• Audio-visual equipment come with your rental at no additional cost, and include: 2-165” LED monitors, projector, drop-down screen, Bluetooth capability to the Pavilion sound system, wireless microphones, and a wired podium.
• Private changing room (typically used as a bridal suite or coat check) to prepare, relax and store belongings
• Prep kitchenette for the licensed caterer of your choice with food warmers, microwave, fridge, multiples sinks, and ice machine
• Bathrooms (ADA compliant) – 7 stalls in the women’s, 1 stall & 3 urinals in the men’s
• 2-3 Pavilion staff remain onsite for the entirety of your event to ensure your everything runs seamlessly
