Your attentive venue planning team stays connected with you throughout the months leading up to your wedding, not just on wedding day. Your experience includes the following:

• Four pre-wedding planning meetings with our team to ensure your vision develops predictably and desirably.
• A personal one-on-one venue walk-through, where we’ll explore plans and options together to help bring your vision to life.
• Access to our essential Planning Portal; a tool to make wedding planning a breeze.
• Referrals to trusted & vetted wedding professionals – everything from catering to live musicians.
• Personalized guidance as your wedding plans take shape through unlimited email and text communication.
• Complete Day-of coordination services to ensure an enchanting experience from start to finish.
• Assistance with acquisition of rental items.
• Food, beverage & menu planning support.

• A riverfront Cedar Cabin retreat with private changing area, lounge & dartboard.
• Dedicated license signing & ceremony-to-reception transition space.

• Included one hour rehearsal before wedding day.
