Taylor Mountain Ranch

We recently had the pleasure of hosting a quinceañera at Taylor Mountain Ranch, and it was nothing short of magical. We were amazed at the view from the start when we arrived and looked great for outdoor and indoor events, there is also plenty of space for photo opportunities (especially in the spring/summer). There was ample room for dining tables and a dance floor. The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure the event was perfect. They were attentive, professional, and friendly, making sure that everything from the seating layout to coordinating with the catering team ran seamlessly. Their dedication and kindness allowed us to focus on enjoying the celebration without worrying about the small details. Our guests were absolutely amazed by the venue. Many told us how beautiful and unique the location was, with several already considering it for their own events. If you’re looking for a venue that has stunning scenery and top-notch service, I cannot recommend Taylor Mountain Ranch enough.

I could not recommend Taylor Mountain Ranch any more highly. This horse ranch venue is absolutely gorgeous inside and out, and the staff that run it go way over and above. The services provided make it such a dream to organize and prepare for the big day. There is plenty of room, and unlike some other venues, they have enough chairs to not have to move them around between ceremony and reception. We had the wedding in the grounds, the cocktail hour in the bar area and reception in the large hall. It’s beautifully maintained and clean. A nice room for groom and his men and a large suite for bridal party gives everyone plenty of room. Estelle and Casey are so very nice to work with, they are so kind and helpful and wander around all day keeping things running smoothly. An absolutely splendid experience we will never forget.

Taylor Mountain Ranch is a tucked away hidden gem in Hobart! The property is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, well-kept, and surrounded by that perfect PNW forest charm. What truly sets it apart, though, are the two incredible gals who make it all happen. Their kindness, organization, and genuine care shine through in every detail. Whether it’s a wedding, celebration, or community gathering, this venue delivers a warm, welcoming vibe that makes every visit feel special. So grateful to have such a gorgeous place and such amazing people!

We couldn’t be happier with Taylor Mountain Ranch 🫶🏻👰🏻‍♀️. I was super picky with the venue for my dream wedding and when I toured Taylor Mountain Ranch I knew this was the perfect place. This venue is magical, beautiful, spacious, and a true hidden gem 💎. Everyone was so friendly and helpful which made my day 100 times better.
