A Little About Our Pricing
We offer a 12-hour rental for $3,600 during the peak season, mid-May through mid-October. To secure your wedding date, a 50% retainer is required at the time of booking. A $500 damage deposit is also due in addition to the rental fee. Liability insurance is required for all events, and a banquet permit is necessary if alcohol will be served.
Discounts are available for off-season or weekday weddings (Monday–Thursday, excluding holidays). Planning something more intimate? We welcome smaller gatherings booked within 90 days of the event. Please reach out for more details.
